Your use of the services of Hubei Youxiao Network Technology Co., Ltd. shall be deemed that you have read and agree to the above agreement.

I. Definition

116GAMES operates the Website (116GAMES.com) for users, including registered users and non-registered users, hereinafter referred to as "You". Registered user refers to the user who uses the information on the 116GAMES website after completing all registration procedures through the 116GAMES platform. Non-registered users refer to users who have not registered and directly log in to the 116GAMES website.

Iii. Registration

If you do not have the above-mentioned subject qualifications, you and your parents or legal guardian (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "guardian") shall bear all consequences resulting from this, and Hubei Youxiao Network Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to cancel your account and claim compensation from you and your guardian.

2. 116GAMES attaches great importance to the protection of the security of the collection and use of youth personal information. 116GAMES recommends that any minors under the age of 18 participating in online activities should obtain the prior verifiable consent of their guardians and comply with the National Convention on Youth Internet Civility. The guardian shall bear the primary responsibility for the risks of minors' online activities and the protection of minors' online privacy.

3. When you sign this Agreement and complete the registration process, 116GAMES will provide you with a unique 116GAMES account number. You are responsible for the security of your user account, login password, payment password (if any), and verification code, and for actions taken through your account and password; 116GAMES cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising therefrom. Your user account, login password, payment password (if any) and verification code may not be transferred, borrowed, donated, inherited (other than property interests related to the account) or displayed or sold on a third party platform in any way except as required by law or as directed by an administrative judicial authority and with the consent of 116GAMES. Otherwise, all losses caused to you (or any third party) shall be borne by you (or be liable for compensation).

4. 116GAMES promises that it will not disclose your registered account number, mobile phone number and other non-public information to any third party without legal reasons, the provisions of this Agreement or your prior permission. If you find that anyone is improperly using your account or has any other situation that may compromise the security of your account, you shall immediately and effectively notify 116GAMES and ask 116GAMES to suspend the relevant services. You understand that it takes a reasonable amount of time for 116GAMES to act on your request, and 116GAMES shall not be liable for any consequences (including, without limitation, any loss to you) that have occurred prior to taking action.

5. In the process of registering an account or using the services of 116GAMES, you shall provide legitimate, true and accurate personal information. If the personal information you fill in is changed, it shall be updated in time. If the personal information you provide is illegal, untrue and inaccurate, you shall bear the corresponding responsibilities and consequences caused by this, and the rights of the services of 116GAMES.

6. You understand and agree that if you meet and comply with the terms of this Agreement, you can become a registered user of 116GAMES after completing the registration process through 116GAMES. For the relevant information you voluntarily submit, you authorize the operator and the third party entrusted by the associated service provider to understand, consult and review the real situation of your personal market trading risk through legal channels (including but not limited to credit bureaux, etc.), and judge your risk status accordingly.

7. You shall not maliciously register 116GAMES accounts by any means, including but not limited to multiple account registration for profit, hype, cash out and other purposes. You may not use other user accounts.

8. You understand and agree that once you register your user account, it will be deemed that you agree that 116GAMES can send and inform you of the corresponding product and service advertising information, promotional offers and other marketing information through phone calls, SMS messages or emails to your mobile phone number and email address filled in during registration; If you do not agree to receive the relevant information, you can unsubscribe through the corresponding unsubscribe function or relevant prompts.

Iv. 116GAMES Service Usage Specifications

5) Fabricating or distorting facts, spreading rumors and disturbing social order;

6) Conducting political propaganda or undermining state religious policies, promoting feudal superstition, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting crimes;

7) Openly insulting others or fabricating facts to slander others, or carrying out other malicious attacks;

8) damage the reputation of state organs;

9) Other violations of the Constitution, laws and regulations;
